Heather’s operating lens
- She built a business from the ground up, then successfully transitioned into the next chapter.
- She understands the messy middle between ambition, operations, people, cash flow, and exit value.
- She helps buyers and owners turn instinct into a disciplined, numbers-backed strategy.
- She believes businesses should create wealth, freedom, and legacy — not just another job for the founder.
From Queen of Wraps to Buy Scale Sell.
Heather Griffith Barber co-founded Utah’s largest vehicle wrap company at 23. Known locally as the Queen of Wraps, she spent nearly two decades building a high-visibility company, leading teams, solving operational chaos, and learning what actually makes a business valuable.
After selling Queen of Wraps, Heather launched Buy Scale Sell to help entrepreneurs navigate the full business lifecycle: buying the right business, scaling it with systems, and preparing it for a successful exit.
Her work is practical because it comes from experience. She has been the operator, the founder, the seller, the strategist, and the person in the room asking the hard questions before someone signs the deal.
